What are deferments?

Deferments are the breakdown of your $40 processing fee. If you did not pay any part of your processing fee when you first signed up for service, we break it down for you into 8 payments of $5.00. If you paid any part of the processing fee, we break the remaining balance up into $5.00 installments on your monthly renewal notice.

Will you send me a phone book?

The large service provider in your area distributes the phone books twice a year (normally in April & October). If you would like a phone book between those months, please contact your large service provider.

When is the last day to pay?

Since the phone service works on a pre-paid basis, your account is due no later than the due date printed on your renewal notice. If you do not receive a renewal notice prior to your 30 days expiring, please call our Customer Service Department to get the amount due.

How do I transfer my service?

To transfer your service, call the Customer Service Department at (888) 788-7978. They will let you know of the fees involved. Once you have the amount needed, go to your Retail Agent, fill out an application with your new address and pay the amount due. It normally takes 3 to 7 business days to transfer your service and keeping your old telephone number is not a guarantee.

How can I add features to my account?

If you would like to add features to you existing service go to you nearest Retail Agent and fill out a Change In Service form. The cost is the price of the feature plus a $35.00 processing fee. If you would like to remove features from your account simply call our Customer Service Department and request which feature(s) you would like removed. There is no fee associated with deleting features.

Can I pay for my service with a personal check?

If you are planning on mailing your payment to our office, personal checks are not accepted. If you normally make payment at your Retail Agent, we recommend that you pay in cash or a money order made out to the store. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service Department.
